16A What's Your Secret Sauce?

1) Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique.
  • I have a really strong work ethic and I am extremely ambitious.
  • Growing up with three younger brothers has given me significant patience when dealing with multiple problems.
  • I believe that I am extremely knowledge in my field of study due to all the practice and the education I got when I was in high-school.
  • I'm bilingual and I know that it has helped me before in previous jobs.
  • I am extremely independent and work my best when I am alone. I do like to bounce ideas off of those who know me the best, just to have some input about the idea.

  • My mom, dad, and three brothers were the ones I interviewed because I believe they know me the best. Even though my brothers are younger than me at 15, 13, and 11, I believe that they are still able to see my character through actions I have taken and the responsibilities I have taken on as a role model for them.

3) I think that people see me the same way I see myself. I take pride in everything that I do and it shows. I'm extremely determined and dedicated to all the work I do, whether it is for school or for work. I know that sometimes I can bite off more than I can chew but I think in the end it makes me realize what I can handle at a time. I know that my youngest brother looks up to me the most and was really excited to help me with this assignment because he always tells me how much he looks up to me and how much he aspires to do what I do on a daily basis.

  1. Hey Jenna,
Your family is great! I can see that you are very determined and I see how certain things that have gone on in your life have made you into the person you are today. Many people don't think about that. I think it's also interesting that you not only know your strengths but also your flaws. Younger kids always tell the truth so we can see that you are very appreciated by your little brother.
